• Online Consultation: Via the LifeOnPlus app (chat, voice, or video).
• Offline Consultation: At associated clinics, Body Recharge Stations, or other approved facilities.

Doctors must:

• Adhere to the Code of Ethics laid down by the Indian Medical Council Act.
• Refrain from providing consultations outside their area of expertise.
• Maintain professionalism and avoid promotion of unverified treatments or products.
• Refrain from misdiagnosis, negligence, or improper conduct in both online and offline settings.

Doctors must:

• Keep all patient information confidential.
• Not store, share, or transmit patient data outside the LifeOnPlus ecosystem without written consent.
• Comply with the IT Act 2000, Data Protection Laws, and LifeOnPlus’s Privacy Policy.

Doctors are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of any prescriptions or advice issued.
• Ensuring prescriptions comply with applicable drug control regulations.
• Documenting consultation notes and patient interactions within the app when required.

Doctors must use LifeOnPlus only for legitimate medical consultation and avoid:

• Malpractice, misleading information, or fraudulent activity.
• Any form of solicitation or advertisement of personal services outside platform boundaries.

• LifeOnPlus acts only as a digital enabler or connector between doctors and users.
• LifeOnPlus does not guarantee medical outcomes, accuracy of consultation, or effectiveness of treatment.
• The platform shall not be held liable for any medical negligence, side effects, adverse events, or misdiagnosis.
• Users are advised to consult a second opinion for serious or emergency cases.

LifeOnPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the association of any doctor for:

• Breach of terms.
• Misconduct, negligence, or patient complaints.
• Non-compliance with professional or ethical standards.
