Members can activate the panic button during the following situations:
In a health emergency,
members can press the button to send their live GPS location to friends,
family, and parents and doctors. These numbers are chosen by the user, to
fill the fields on becoming a subscriber and starting using the app. SMS
and Email is triggered to the numbers fed by the user.
In life-threatening
situations, such as kidnapping or violence, members can press the kidnap
button, which triggers SMS alerts, voice calls, and live GPS tracking to
family, parents, and relatives.
In serious situations
requiring communication with the police, ambulance, or fire services,
members can activate the panic button. The message with GPS reaches the
respective Control Room.
All medical records and prescriptions can be scanned as images and uploaded for easy reference. It acts as a digital locker by arranging in a chronological order for future reference to assess or share during emergencies.
Every user should download the App from Apple Play Store or Google Play Store. QR code to
scan and download also is given.
After download, the features and services option will be visible.
But until the user clicks on the upgrade button and invests in one of the packages mentioned, the user cannot use the features.
